The VILFHA Spring AGM will be a night to honour our 2015-16 major award winners and all-stars but it is also the time to re-elect the members who will sit on the VILFHA Executive.

WHERE: Victoria Canoe Club

Currently the Executive has representation from the following clubs: Sailors, Rebels, Oak Bay, and Aeries. ALL positions are open but some existing executive members are willing to stand as per below:

Attached to this posting is an outline of major duties. All current executive members are willing to help in training throughout the Fall season or as needed.

Please come and show your appreciation of our league award winners and support for our league.
Election of executive for the 2016-2017 season will also take place.
Drinks, appetizers and sweets will be provided.

A reminder all award nominee forms (available on Team pages) should be completed by: March 7, 2016

Who: All VILFHA members, Umpires, Coaches and Friends
Tickets: $25.00 per person includes tasting of 3 different ciders, Artesian Lunch Plate and tour. Tickets must be purchased in advance (minimum of 30 people required by March 28th, 2016).
Final Deadline for ticket sales: Monday, April 4th, 2016 at the AGM/Awards Night

5:30 pm – Div 1 Semifinal 2 (#2 vs #3)

A Community Umpire Training Session will be taking place on March 8 and 10th in Duncan, B.C. Led by Alison Sweeten, this is a great opportunity for people to not only familiarize themselves with the current rules but also received the basic understanding of umpiring field hockey. Whether you are an aspiring umpire or just a player wanting to better understand the rules and game – this is a great session to attend!

TIME: 6-8:30 pm
COST: $60 (FHBC Members), $80 (Non-FHBC Members)
